What we collect, and where it goes
This covers the enquiry form, which is the only place this site collects anything about you.
What the form collects
Your name and email address, and — only if you fill them in — your phone number, country, group size, travel dates, nights and rounds, regions, budget, accommodation preference, handicaps, a course wishlist and your message. Only a name, an email address and a rough sense of when are required.
What we do with it
We answer your enquiry and plan a trip. Nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list from the form.
Who else sees it
Submitting the form sends what you wrote to the people who will answer it, through services that carry the message: Telegram, for the notification our team receives; Resend, which delivers the same enquiry by email; and Cloudflare, which hosts the site and therefore handles the request itself. Each is a processor carrying your enquiry to us, not an audience for it. We use no advertising or analytics services at all.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are planning your trip, and afterwards as part of our record of the work. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Cookies
We set none. Your language choice is part of the address you are on, not something stored on your device. Cloudflare may set cookies needed to serve and protect the site.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it. If you are in a place whose law gives you more than that, those rights apply too.
