Terms of sale

What we charge for

Planning is free. You are quoted for the trip itself: green fees, accommodation, transport and the arrangements around them. The quotation says what is included before you pay anything.

When you pay

A deposit confirms your dates. The balance falls due before you travel. The exact amounts and dates are in your quotation.

Cancelling

Golf clubs and hotels set their own cancellation terms, and those are what apply. Your quotation states them for each booking before you commit.
